RetroExchange Shipping Policy

At RetroExchange, we aim to get your order packed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.


Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or high-volume days, please allow up to 5 business days for handling and processing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Within Australia

We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post And Other Services depending on the item and destination and customers request.

Shipping times vary by location:

  • Standard delivery: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Express delivery: approximately 1–4 business days

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing and many other factors please allow approximately 5-60 for standard Australia post international delivery

All international sales are sold as-is and are strictly non-returnable.

All orders include tracking where available.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Issues & Delivery Delays

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at:

Please allow up to 14 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe for domestic orders before raising a dispute or claim.
Delays can occur due to courier backlogs, weather events, or peak periods.


Lost Parcels & Insurance

All domestic shipments are insured.

If a parcel is deemed lost by the courier:

  • RetroExchange will lodge an investigation or claim with the courier
  • This process may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier
  • Compensation or replacement (if applicable) will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost and the claim is finalised

We appreciate your patience during this process, as timelines are controlled by the shipping provider.


Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • Responsibility for delivery is transferred to the courier service
  • RetroExchange is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control

However, we will always assist customers in resolving delivery issues and lodging claims where applicable.

RetroExchange is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts or parcels left unattended
  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, strikes, peak periods)

Order Cancellations

RetroExchange is unable to accommodate cancellation requests once processing or dispatch has begun.
